To sign-up with our Dependable Credit Corp. you need to submit a fully executed Dealer Agreement and Dealer Information Sheet.
Please include the following documentation with your Dealer Agreement:
Copy of a valid driver's licenseof the person signing the agreement (one of the principals) and any other persons in your organization you wish to authorize to sign the customer's retail installment contract.
Copy of your dealership's Certificate of Authorityshowing your tax ID number.
Copy of your Motor VehicleRetail Licenseissued by Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles bearing your facility number.
A signed W-9form certifying your Tax ID #.
Please have the Dealer Agreement notarized and emboss your corporate seal in the space provided.
