Phonepay payments are accepted with a $10.00 convenience fee. An ACH transaction will be processed with your bank on the next business day, usually funds are requested on the midnight you make your PhonePay payment.
Please call one of our Service Agents to process your payments today. This service is only available during our normal business hours. If you wish to make a payment after our normal business hours, please use our other methods of payments available.
This service has a $10.00 convenience fee, if your do not want to pay this fee please use our other methods of payments IVRPayment or DCCInternetPayment which are free.
Please have your bank routing number and account number ready so we can process your payment.
Payments processed after 3PM Mondays to Friday and bank holidays will be credited to your account on the next business/banking day.
A voice recording of your payment will be obtained by our service agent for accuracy; any incorrect account information provided by you may result to a returned payment fee. So please listen to the agent when the account information is repeated to you. Only account holders are allowed to make payments unless authorized by the account holder. Callers making the payments are assumed to be authorized to make transactions on the bank account being used.
